The practice
Gratitude is a daily turning toward what's already been given. It costs nothing and quietly re-tunes the whole field — from the lack the mind fixates on, toward the fullness that was there all along. Done regularly, it shifts your default from wanting to having.
When to use it
- A daily morning or evening practice
- When the mind is stuck on lack or comparison
- To steady the baseline over weeks
Instructions
- Once a day, name three things you're genuinely grateful for.
- Let each one land as a felt sense, not just a word.
- Include ordinary things — warmth, breath, a face you love.
- Notice the field soften toward acceptance.
