These levels run on force — lack, fear, control, and brittle self-image. They drain energy and distort perception. Pride (175) is the highest force level before the integrity threshold.

  1. Shame

    20

    Shame sits perilously close to death — the feeling of being discredited, exposed, and wishing to disappear entirely.

  2. Guilt

    Guilt fixates on sin and punishment. It masquerades as conscience but often feeds rage, victimhood, and self-destruction.

    Apathy is poverty of energy — the world looks hopeless and the future dead. Despair is not a visitor here; it is the climate.

    Grief is sadness, loss, and despondency made habitual. What was lost comes to stand for the loss of love altogether.
